Review:
Wow. Another Donruss product that was a blast to open. I know people are yapping about the Sportscasters cards, but I like them.
Yes, there are too many variations, which cheapens the low numbering a bit. But they also make me think back to when I was a kid
and had some of the original Sportscasters cards (which are actually still in my closet). And, to me, if a current day card gets you
harkening back to your youth, the card is a winner.

So anyway, the majority of the packs had two SPs and/or inserts in them. For a low priced set, who can ask for more. For me, there
is still an enormous thrill in opening the pack. I'm not in it for the resale of the cards, I'm in it for the fun of opening, sorting and
collecting. And boxes like this are an enormous thrill for me. The base cards are very attractive, the inserts are sharp and feature
lots of big names. When taken at face value, what is there not to like about this box. My one complaint? If all the inserts in the
Donruss set are numbered, then how come the same isn't true here. Even if it is to 2000 or something like that, a number on the
cards makes it feel that much more special (even if it really isn't.

So I can't find anything too serious wrong with this box. In fact, I love it. Its a hair below the Donruss box, but just barely........................
